How we make it
Every sign is handmade in our Istanbul studio through the same six steps. Standard production is 6 business days, express is 3.
Step 01Design & proof
Our designer turns your letters into a single tube path, plans joints and the cut contour, and sends you a measured proof.
Proofs usually go out within one business day. Revisions are unlimited; cutting starts only after your approval.
Joints and the cable entry are planned to be invisible once the sign is on the wall.
Step 02Laser cutting
We laser-cut the 5 mm cast acrylic backboard and its mounting holes from the approved file.
We use 5 mm cast acrylic: it scratches less than extruded acrylic and the cut edge comes out glass-clear.
Two to four mounting holes are drilled depending on size, marked on the proof.
Step 03Tube bending
LED neon flex is bent letter by letter on a template and set into the board. Colour changes use separate tubes.
The 8 mm silicone neon flex is bent in one piece along the stroke direction on a template.
Each colour change is a separate tube and circuit; RGB uses an addressable strip.
Step 04Soldering & sealing
Joints are soldered and sealed; cables gather into one clean entry behind the board.
Solder joints get double insulation: heat-shrink plus silicone.
Outdoor end caps are additionally sealed for IP65.
Step 0524-hour burn test
Every sign burns for 24 hours; colour consistency and temperature are checked and the remote paired.

Dimmer and remote are paired and shipped with a battery.
Step 06Packing & shipping
Packed in a foam-bedded double-wall box with mounting kit and guide; you receive the tracking number.

The box includes a mounting kit, a hole template and a TR/EN guide.
