Safety
Low voltage, controlled heat, the right protection rating.
12 V low voltage
Touching the tube is safe. Mains voltage stays inside the adapter, which has short-circuit and overheat protection.
IP20 · indoor
Standard signs are for dry interiors — avoid bathrooms or splash zones.
IP65 · outdoor
The outdoor option is dust-tight and resists water jets. The adapter must still stay indoors or in a waterproof box.
