Installation guide
Hang your sign in half an hour, single-handed. Step by step for walls, chains, stands and outdoors.
In the box

- Neon sign (mounted on acrylic)
- 12 V adapter with EU plug
- Dimmer/remote (if chosen) with battery
- Mounting kit: screws, plugs, stand-offs
- Paper hole template and guide
Wall screws and plugs

- In brick or concrete use 6 mm plugs and 4 × 40 mm screws with a 6 mm bit.
- On plasterboard use cavity anchors; for signs over 120 cm hit a stud with at least one screw.
- Stand-offs keep the sign 2 cm off the wall and hide the cable.
Marking the holes
- Level the paper template and tape it to the wall.
- Mark the hole centres and double-check before removing the template.
- Centre the sign about 150–160 cm from the floor for eye level.
Hanging chain

- Fit two hook anchors in the ceiling, spaced at 80% of the sign width.
- Hang the chains from the top holes with S-hooks and level them.
- Behind a shop window choose a black board so cables stay hidden.
Desk stand

- Place the stand on a firm surface and slot the board in from below.
- Above 60 cm we recommend wall mounting instead.
Hiding the cable
- Use a wall-coloured cable duct running straight down to the socket.
- Keep the cable away from heaters, door gaps and under rugs.
- If it is too short, choose the 5 m cable rather than an extension.
Pairing the dimmer and remote

- Plug in the adapter, then hold the button on the dimmer box for 3 seconds.
- When the light blinks twice, press any key on the remote — paired.
- For the Wi-Fi controller follow “add device” in the app (2.4 GHz network).
Outdoor adapter placement

- The adapter is not waterproof: keep it indoors or in an IP65 junction box.
- Leave a drip loop where the cable enters the wall.
- Façade signs require a permit from your municipality.
We recommend a qualified electrician for outdoor connections.
Safety notes
- Unplug the adapter while cleaning or installing.
- Do not bend, cut or pierce the tube.
- Keep the adapter ventilated and uncovered.
- In kids’ rooms secure the cable out of reach.
