Ordering
Will my sign look exactly like the design?
Yes. The ruler in the designer is calculated in real centimetres. After you order, our designer draws the tube path and cut contour and sends you a digital proof; nothing is cut until you approve.
How is the price calculated?
From the tube length of your letters in the chosen font, the width, number of colours, backboard and cut, indoor/outdoor and extras — live. Open the breakdown in the price bar.
Can you make my logo in neon?
Yes. Upload your file (SVG, PDF, AI or high-res PNG) from the designer; we prepare a quote and preview within one business day.
Production
How long does production take?
Six business days after proof approval, or three with express production. Large (150 cm+) and outdoor signs add 1–2 days.
Glass neon or LED neon?
Silicone LED neon flex: unbreakable, safe at 12 V, cool to the touch and about a fifth of the energy — with a look very close to glass neon.
What is the minimum letter height?
At least 5 cm for lowercase letters; below that, bends can close up counters. The designer warns you.
Delivery
Shipping cost and destinations?
Nationwide by courier; free over ₺4,000, otherwise ₺190. International shipping by quote.
Will it arrive safely?
Every sign ships in a foam-bedded double-wall box. If damaged in transit, send a photo and we remake it free.
Installation & use
Can I install it myself?
Yes — screws and plugs are included and holes pre-drilled. See our installation guide.
How much power does it use?
About 8–10 W per metre. A typical 80 cm sign draws 40–60 W; six hours a day is roughly 9–11 kWh a month.
Can it be used outdoors?
With the outdoor option: IP65 tube, sealed joints and UV-stable acrylic. The adapter must stay indoors or in a waterproof box.
Warranty & returns
What is the warranty?
Two years on tube and adapter; faulty parts are replaced free.
Can I return a custom sign?
Custom-made items are exempt from the right of withdrawal, but we remake or refund for manufacturing faults or proof mismatch. Standard items have a 14-day return window.
Payment options?
Card and bank transfer. Businesses can pay by transfer against a proforma invoice.
